Accessing Teacher Login

1. What if I haven't used Teacher Login before?

If you haven’t used Teacher Login before, you need to complete the sign up process:

  • Go to the Teacher Login tab on the TRBWA website homepage.
  • Enter your email address. Note: it is recommended that you use a personal email address that will be accessible across any educational institution.
  • Click to indicate if you have previously held registration in Western Australia.
  • Follow the prompts to either recover your previous registration history or create a new profile by adding your personal details.
  • An email invitation will be sent to your nominated email address.
  • Click on the ‘Teacher Login’ link. If you are using a shared computer, do not save your password to that computer.
  • You will then be redirected to the Teacher Login welcome page to log in.
  • Enter your email address.

Note: From 25 May 2026 TRBWA requires you to set up multi factor authentication (MFA) to access Teacher Login or Teacher Registration Information (Professional (TRIP). 

2. How do I set up MFA for the first time?

3.  What email address should I use when I create my Teacher Login account?

Use a personal email address that you can access across any educational institution.

4. What if I no longer have access to the email address I used to set up my Teacher Login account?

You will need to contact TRBWA by phone or email to change your email contact details.

5. How do I change my email address in Teacher Login?

To change your email address in Teacher Login you must have access to your existing email address.

  • Access Teacher Login as usual.
  • Click on ‘Contact details’ in the top tab menu.
  • Click on the edit button to the right of the ‘Login/preferred email’ field.
  • A ‘change email’ pop-up box will appear.
  • Enter the new email address and click ‘Send verification code’.
  • Check the new email inbox, junk and spam folders for a verification code from info@trb.education.wa.edu.au
  • Copy and paste the verification code into the ‘Verification code’ field in Teacher Login and click ‘Verify code’.
  • This will take you to the online services login page where you can enter your new email address, click ‘Next’ and access Teacher Login.

6. My password isn’t working

  • First check that you are using the email address you previously registered with TRBWA.
  • Try to log in to Teacher Login using the password associated with that email address.
  • If you can’t remember your email that password, go to your email account and reset your email password. 
  • Then return to Teacher Login and attempt to log in with your new password.
