All information retained is in accordance with the TRBWA's obligations under the State Records Act 2000 (WA).

For further information please refer to the TRBWA Privacy Policy.

In some limited circumstances we may also need to use or disclose personal information for other specific purposes, for example where required to do so by law, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 1992 or in response to a subpoena.

2. What security measures are there protecting my personal information?

The TRBWA maintains security measures consistent with the guidance provided by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
