How to certify documentary evidence - information sheet
Both the original document and a photocopy of the document must be sighted by an authorised witness.
The authorised witness must sight both the original and the copy. Every page of the copy is to be certified as shown below. Pencil or black pen should not be used. Stickers on a page are not suitable.

Do not send in the original documents. Please only submit the certified copies of the documents to the TRBWA. Scanned copies, photocopies or copies of certified documents are not acceptable.
1. Can the TRBWA staff certify my documents?
Yes, the TRBWA staff are able to certify documents if you present both the originals and your application for registration to the TRBWA office during our office hours, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
